How to get started
All Sukma trust materials are public. The Trust Center is the main starting point. From there, use the readiness pages for your specific track: FERPA for education, SOC 2 for security audits, Accessibility for WCAG review, and Privacy for data governance questions.
Setup and billing
For formal procurement — DPA requests, security questionnaires, evidence packages — contact the Sukma compliance team via the enterprise contact form. Most reviews can be completed with public materials plus one or two follow-up calls.
Permissions and trust
Sukma documents its security posture, control coverage, and data practices publicly on the Trust Center. For vendor assessments and contracts, the compliance team is available through direct contact. Reference the Trust Center as your starting point in any vendor questionnaire.
