What this covers
AI Coaches are live learning sessions where the AI serves as an active guide. It explains concepts, responds to questions, gives feedback on answers, and adjusts its approach based on how the learner is doing — unlike a course, which stays the same for everyone.
Who should use this
Use it for individual learners who need active help (not just content to read), employees learning a new skill who benefit from step-by-step guidance, or coaching programs that need to scale without constant 1:1 human time.
How to get started
Start a session at /session without a workspace. To assign coaching sessions to team members, set access rules, and track outcomes, you'll need a managed workspace. Team admins control which topics are available and who can host sessions.
Setup and billing
Session minutes are used per active coaching session. The free tier includes enough to evaluate the experience properly. For team deployments, session minute credits are managed in workspace Settings → Billing.
Permissions and trust
Each completed session generates a summary — topics covered, questions asked, and performance notes. Team admins can see session outcomes across the workspace. Individual learners can access their own session summaries.
