What this covers
Team Sessions are shared live rooms designed for group learning. A facilitator leads the session, participants interact in real time, and everyone works in the same shared space with tools like whiteboards, discussion, and exercises.
Who should use this
Use it for team training, onboarding cohorts, interactive workshops, group interview practice, or any situation where multiple people need to learn or collaborate in real time.
How to get started
Facilitators launch sessions and invite participants via link. Participants join without needing their own Sukma account. For managing who can create and facilitate sessions, controlling session recordings, and tracking attendance, use a managed workspace.
Setup and billing
Session minutes are shared across all participants in the room. For large groups or frequent sessions, session minute credits are managed in workspace Settings → Billing. Enterprise plans include pooled session minute packages.
Permissions and trust
Facilitators have access to post-session summaries and participant engagement data. Workspace admins can see session history and usage across all facilitators. Session recordings, if enabled, are stored according to your workspace data retention settings.
