What this covers
This page is for the people who run things day to day — facilitators, instructors, program managers, recruiters, or team leads who use Sukma to run their programs without owning the whole organization account.
Who should use this
Use it if someone else owns and manages the workspace, and your job is to create, host, and manage specific programs or sessions within it. If you also own billing and organization-wide settings, see Organization Leaders instead.
How to get started
Your access is scoped to what your role allows. As a manager, you can create and launch workflows, invite participants, and see results for your programs. You typically can't change workspace-level settings, billing, or other people's roles. If something you need isn't available, ask your workspace admin to enable it.
Setup and billing
You typically don't control billing. If you need more session credits or access to a product that's blocked, make that request to your workspace admin. They can enable it from workspace Settings.
Permissions and trust
You can see results and reports scoped to your programs. Workspace-wide reports are usually visible to admins and owners only. For sharing learner results externally, check with your admin on what's permitted.
