Instead of requesting or managing credits directly on sukma.org, your funding goes through your partner first:
Your workspace admin contacts the partner (not Sukma directly) to request more credits
The partner reviews and routes the request through their account
Credits are allocated to your organization once approved
This keeps billing ownership with the commercial relationship that set up your workspace.
Not sure if you're in a partner-managed organization? Check your invitation email — it will show the partner's name or a partner-branded domain. Or ask your workspace admin.
