What this covers
This page is for the people who own the decision — whether that's a VP of Learning, Head of HR, an IT admin, or a founder setting up a new tool for their team. It covers what you control, what you need to decide, and how to get a rollout moving.
Who should use this
Use it if you approve or manage budget for tools, define who gets access to what, or own the organizational rollout of a new platform. If someone else set up the workspace and you just run programs inside it, see Managers & Facilitators instead.
How to get started
You'll start by creating or claiming a workspace at the organization level. From there you can enable specific products, invite team members with the right roles, and configure billing and access. Enterprise and partner deployments can be set up through guided onboarding — request a demo to start that process.
Setup and billing
Your main setup decisions are: (1) which products to enable, (2) who can join the workspace and in what role, and (3) how usage is funded — directly through the platform or through a partner account. Credit balances, approval workflows, and usage tracking are all in workspace Settings → Billing.
Permissions and trust
As workspace owner or admin, you can see results, usage, and access logs across the organization. Before rolling out to a large team or going through procurement, review the Trust Center and readiness pages for governance documentation.
