What this covers

This page covers how access works in Sukma and what to check when something is blocked. Most access issues have a clear cause — wrong account, missing invitation, wrong role, or a product that hasn't been enabled yet.

Who should use this

Use it when a learner, participant, or team member is blocked from accessing Sukma. Also useful for workspace admins troubleshooting access issues across their team.

How to get started

Access in Sukma depends on three things: the entry URL or invitation link you're using, the account you're signed in with, and whether the workspace is configured for your role and product. If any of these are wrong, access fails. Check all three before escalating.

Setup and billing

Billing doesn't directly cause access issues, but expired credits can block certain products. If accounts and roles are correct but a product is still unavailable, check the workspace billing section to confirm credits are available.

Permissions and trust

Access configuration — who can join, what they can see, what they can do — is a core governance decision. Workspace admins can review and update all access policies from the Roles & Permissions settings.
